Welcome!!! We are so thrilled that you are here to join us in this exciting transition to KW Print & Press!

We have been around for over 11 years and we have decided to rebrand our name and image to one that is truly all encompassing of all the craft goodies you have grown to know, trust and love. 

During this transition, you may notice a few changes along the way. We have created the following Questions & Answers that will help you navigate and learn about our new site. If you have a question that you don't see here, please reach out to us at info@kwprintandpress.com and we will do our absolute best to assist you. We know change isn't easy but it is necessary from time to time and we are here to help you along the way!

  • Why are you rebranding?
    • We have been known as CSDS Vinyl for 11 years and over that time, we have grown to include multiple product lines beyond just vinyl. We feel it is important that our name and image reflect all that we have brought to our customers. We are also running a website that is over 8 years old and is extremely outdated as far as technology, speed and user ability. We decided that we could rebrand and update all of this at once!
  • Is the storefront remaining at the same location it is now?
    • Yes! Our storefront location and hours are not changing!
  • Will your TAT remain the same?
    • Absolutely! We pride ourselves in our Same Day TAT and that is not changing at all!
  • Why can't I see all the product lines from the previous website? 
    • We are still working on building out the new website and some of the product lines take more time to make available to you. You will notice over time many of those products coming back. We will also make an announcement on our social media accounts when we have completed each product line. We did do our best to make our more popular and higher demand products ready for you now. If you need something you don't see, just send us an email at info@kwprintandpress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Do I need to make a new account on this new website?
    • Yes! Please make a new account. We are not able to transition over your account from the old website to our new one. If you need help accessing old orders or artwork, please send us an email at info@kwprintandpress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
  • What happened to my craft coins? Can I still earn them? Does this affect my VIP status?
    • We are unable to transfer craft coins from our old website to our new one but we will honor ANY rewards that you were eligible for. This includes any rewards that you have in your old account as well as any coupon codes that are applicable to your account. To access these, please send us an email at info@kwprintandpress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
    • We are temporarily pausing our loyalty program for the time being. We have experienced many issues with our current program over the years and we feel that this is the best time to re-evaluate and refresh this program. We will be bringing it back when we are confident we can reward our customers to the best of our ability.
    • While our loyalty program is temporarily paused, our VIP status will also be paused. We do not believe this will negatively affect our customers in regards to our TAT. We will still maintain same day TAT for ALL customers.
  • What happened to my gift cards?
    • We are unable to transfer these from our old website to our new one but we will honor ANY available gift cards you have incurred. To access these, please send us an email at info@kwprintandpress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Can I still shop in person?
    • Yes! Our store front will remain the same as it has been. Please come by and shop. We would love to see you!

Current Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received however, some orders will be completed sooner than others depending on the contents of the order. Our normal TAT is as follows:

  • Regular vinyl such as Oracal, Siser etc are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
  • Printed vinyl and sublimation transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
  • Stickers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
  • Screen print transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
  • DTF transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
  • UV DTF custom gang sheets are currently shipping in approximately 4-6 business days.

ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED TO SHIP SAME DAY IF ORDER IS PLACED PRIOR TO 12PM CST.

Custom DTF transfer orders: TAT is 1 business day from the date of artwork approval as stated on each listing.

The above timeline is an estimate, but please know that our team values your order as if it were their own and are working very hard to process orders as fast as humanely possible.

Business days are considered Monday-Friday and are not included in shipping times. Nationally and locally recognized holidays are not considered business days. 

LOCAL PICKUP AT OUR RETAIL LOCATION

TOMBALL TX: You will receive an email once your order has arrived and is ready for pickup. 

    Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup.

    ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS BECOME PROPERTY OF KW PRINT & PRESS LLC AND WILL BE PLACED BACK ON THE SHELF FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THIS MERCHANDISE.
